(What Does The Bible Teach About Preachers?)
Part 17: Will The Priests/Preachers Follow God?
Peace be unto you. The word of the Lord has come upon many that have been called to Truth. However as the days are written the multitudes still hear not the Word. Some also turn a deaf ear to Truth and God.
Peace and Love, Carl Patton a willing slave of Almighty God writing for the FreedomJournal 8 June 2006 in the year of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
In the name of God, Master of the universe, Ruler of the earth
Brethren the Prophet Malachi was the last of the Old Testament Prophets. He was called to write for the Lord four centuries before Christ. For the record Malachi is often misunderstood. This misunderstanding often comes through a planned and calculated attempt to distort the true message and render a corruption of scripture regarding God commanding the Church to pay tithes of money under the New Law.
We (FreedomJournal) declare that the Preachers and Church leaders that commit these crimes follow Satan and not God. Making the claim that Malachi is speaking to a law under Christ is Biblical illiteracy and an evil lie. Therefore we suggest that you read and digest for this discussion not only our primary verse (Malachi 1:6) but all four Chapters of Malachi. To deny Christ and the resurrection is a way to Hell and not Paradise.
Malachi 1: 6. ďA son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? And if I be a master, where is my fear? Saith the Lord of hosts unto you, O priests that despise my name. And ye say, wherein have we despised thy name?Ē
Brethren we declare that Malachi spoke first to the Priests and the Church leaders then to the people. As we relate this message to our present time we again bear witness that the Preachers/Pastors/Ministers are mis-leading the people. As did the Priest they had the responsibility to teach and preach Godís Truth. During the time that Malachi wrote and in time in which we now live the Preachers/Priests continue to mis-lead the people and disrespect God. Therefore these crimes still exist today.
Meanwhile the Priests at the time of Malachi failed to honor God as a son honors his father. This behavior was a bad example for the people.
As they neglected God and His Laws they denied any guilt. During the times that we now live many Preachers inspired by the Tithing lie have convinced many weak and foolish in the faith that Christianity holds a high priority on a Preachers personal wealth from church donations and churches amassing wealth and claims to material things.
For additional references on the trust and honor for God see: Exodus 20: 12; Deuteronomy 1: 31; Proverbs 30: 11, 17; Isaiah 1: 2; and Jeremiah 31: 9.
Brethren if you trust and honor God as your father you obey His Laws.
