Part 4: The Lord Will Help The Righteous To Spiritual Healing (I Corinthians 2: 3)

Greetings Brethren,

Peace be unto you. We are grateful that we have been blessed to stay with God. Here we give thanks to the Holy Trinity.

As we appeal to the church we realize that those that are absent from the faith may gain more from our writings. Sadly many that claim to have accepted Christ have hard hearts and wicked thoughts and deeds for those who come proclaiming the true Gospel.

Meanwhile our hearts burn for the so-called righteous that cannot see God. For we know this is the only way to Spiritual Healing.

Peace and Love, Carl A. Patton a willing slave of Almighty God writing for the FreedomJournal November 30, 2006 in the year of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.

In the name of God, Master of the universe, Ruler of the earth.

Beloved it is good news that the Lord will always be with us. Thus no matter what calamity comes upon the world nor for any personal strife we have the Lord.

I Corinthians 2:3: “And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.”

Paul although an inspired man of God at times felt he was not capable to carry-out a particular task. (For the record the FreedomJournal is grateful to God as we minister to ourselves as we also relish the scriptural messages found here).

Therefore Paul is encouraged to speak. We also refer you to Acts 18:9 and verses 1, 6 and 12. So as Paul seemed to have signs of personal weakness he is told to be not afraid but to speak. To do this he had to depend on the Lord’s help and wisdom.

Surely through Jesus Christ we can receive Spiritual Healing and salvation. Follow us now over to II Corinthians 4:7.

II Corinthians 4:7: “But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us.”

If you have allowed Satan to blind you the Gospel will be hidden. You will also be lost. Treasure at this place means the light of the Gospel. The earthen vessel is the human being.

Those that keep their eyes on God realize that the Truth of God is not obtainable by worldly knowledge. The power to see these things come from God. (Also see II Corinthians 10:1).

This thought is extended as we note the great concern Paul had for the Galatians. They had both moved from things ungodly to accept Christ. Paul knew that the only road to Spiritual Healing and salvation was through Christ.

Galatians 4: 13: “Ye know how through infirmity of the flesh I preached the gospel unto you at the first.”

In spite of his infirmity (in spite of the censorship are any infirmities we may have the FreedomJournal will continue to teach and write the Truth of the Bible) Paul preached the Gospel. Also the Galatians joyfully accepted his teaching.

For an additional scripture on Paul’s infirmity see I Corinthians 12:7.

The road to Spiritual Healing is a straight road with Christ in sight and in your heart.
