SPIRITUAL HEALING VS. PHYSICAL HEALING

Part 12: Believers Understand The Supernatural Power of The Spirit

(I Corinthians 2: 11)

Greetings Brethren,

Peace be unto you. Almighty God is a good God for this we are thankful. We also praise God for giving us His Son our Savior Christ Jesus. We also are forever grateful for the Holy Spirit.

“We see miracles in the Spirit however the unbelievers and the lost only see man.”

Peace and Love, Carl A. Patton a willing slave of Almighty God writing for the FreedomJournal December 7, 2006 in the year of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.

In the name of God, Master of the universe, Ruler of the earth

Brethren there is nothing we can give God (money etc.) that obligates God to return in kind. God wants your heart if your heart is right (right Spirit) you will do God’s will. Thus you will be in line for the free-gift of salvation.

I Corinthians 2: 11: “For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God”.

Man in his human wisdom knows what his thoughts are. Thus the spirit of man knows what his thoughts are. Meanwhile the Spirit as a supernatural being can communicate between God and man. This communication between God and man allows man to become acquainted with truths that the human mind can not discover. So we have to stay with God to receive His wisdom. As the spirit gives wisdom so is Spiritual Healing realized.

Turn with us to the Old Testament and the Book of Jeremiah.

Jeremiah 17: 9: “The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it”?

The heart here represents the will, intellect and center of something. The heart is deceitful (can be) in the sense that it is invisible to the public. Thus a wicked man can deceive others. However God as He searches the heart knows our heart. A right heart renders a right Spirit and a right Spirit heals.

Go with us now to Proverbs for an additional scripture on how this Spirit works in the supernatural.

Proverbs 20: 27: “The spirit of man is the candle of the Lord, searching all the inward parts of the belly”.

In Zechariah 12: 1

God formed the spirit within man. Thus the candle was lighted that will allow the human being to seek information. Involved in this search for information is the entire belly or body.

Follow us back to Romans as we note several concluding scriptures. Our primary scripture taken from Romans Chapter 11 is verse 33. We will begin there and then note verses 34-35.

Romans 11: 33-35: “O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God how unsearchable are his judgments, and his way past finding out!

“For who hath known the mind of the Lord? Or who hath been his counsellor?

“Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

The Apostles praised God for His vast wealth as He owned everything this also included His wisdom and knowledge. This great wealth of wisdom and knowledge translated into Gods mercy. Herein we find that His decree and judgment are beyond the human understanding of man. (See Psalms 36: 6)

Meanwhile (verse 34) since man did not know the infinite mind of the Lord it would make no sense to even think of advising Him. (See I Corinthians 2: 16).

Brethren in verse 35 we find a very important scripture that relates to an aspect of giving as it also is applied to our discussion on understanding the Spirit as a means to receive Spiritual Healing.

Do you think you give to God (money, time etc.) and believe God will give back to you. Closely look at this scripture and realize that don’t give to God to receive anything back. You give with your heart not your mind. Therefore no man can give any favors to God that would obligate God to recompense them back to you. (Also see Job 35: 7 and 41: 11).
